Our Executive Team

Rick Chavie, CEO

Rick Chavie was appointed CEO of EnterWorks in May 2015. He came to EnterWorks after serving as SVP, Global Solution Management with hybris and SAP’s Customer Engagement and Commerce group, where he brought together digital and physical commerce and CRM assets for seamless customer experiences. Mr. Chavie brings industry experience from his leadership roles at retailers such as The Home Depot and C&A. He brings technology experience from his role as the global marketing leader for NCR’s retail and hospitality business, and management consulting expertise from his partner roles at Deloitte and Accenture, where he served clients across retail, branded consumer and wholesale verticals. Chavie is a Harvard MBA, a Fulbright Scholar in International Trade, and a summa cum laude graduate from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. He is a noted speaker at industry events, an author on the wholesale industry, and frequently comments on commerce, marketing and customer engagement topics.

Kerry Young, Chief Operating Officer

Kerry Young joined EnterWorks in 2006 when Ennovative, Inc., the multi-channel publishing software company he co-founded, was acquired by EnterWorks. He directs EnterWorks’ operations and leads EnterWorks’ professonal services and consulting organization, ensuring effective customer implementions and ongoing success. Mr. Young brings more than 25 years of technology and business management experience to EnterWorks, having served as CTO for a subsidiary of the Dow Chemical Company, and earlier as VP, Information Technology for Marshall Industries, a $1.7 billion industrial electronics distributor. He previously managed information systems for a subsidiary of McDonnell Douglas Corporation. Mr. Young holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and an M.B.A. from California State University Fullerton.

Susan Magi, Vice President, Marketing Programs

Susan Magi joined EnterWorks in June 2015 as Vice President of Marketing Programs. She has broad experience in all facets of business marketing, including brand and product management, direct marketing, analyst relations and market research. Magi came to EnterWorks after serving as the senior marketing executive at Riversand Technologies, where she led global marketing, demand generation, sales operations and analyst relations. Magi has extensive experience in retail and commerce from her prior marketing roles at VendorNet/eBay and Blue Martini/Escalate Retail, where she managed corporate marketing, marketing communications, demand generation and inside sales. Magi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University.

John Jones, Vice President, Product Delivery

John Jones joined EnterWorks in 1998 as a practice manager for professional services, and was named Executive Director of Product Management in 2004. He became Vice President of Products in 2006. Mr. Jones oversees the entire cycle of product development to ensure delivery of efficient, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions that exceed our customer’s expectations. Mr. Jones has over 20 years experience, having held various positions in information systems engineering and operations management. He earned a BS degree from Randolph-Macon College and a MS/MIS degree from George Washington University.
