The Account Executive directly sells enterprise MDM, PIM and DAM software solutions and drives license and subscription revenue. This role develops and owns the relationship within assigned accounts/territory and maximizes EnterWorks’ footprint within them. Effectively collaborates with other teams, including pre-sales, professional services, marketing, and finance, as well as Alliances and Channel Partners. This role requires a focused, discipled and take-charge style combined with a consistent track record of hitting/exceeding quota and running a territory.
Responsible for designing, developing and delivering EnterWorks solutions as a project team member on customer implementation projects. Provides consulting support to customers and sales teams on software design, process recommendations and solution proposals. This requires a combination of customer facing skills and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
This role will be required to gather business requirements, author detailed functional solution documents, and provide business process consulting aligned with EnterWorks best practices. The ideal candidate will have significant project experience and customer use case information to help drive EnterWorks application development and feature innovation. Candidates should also have the ability to deliver customer training on the EnterWorks applications and tailor the content to meet the specific customer needs. Ability to identify and communicate new sales opportunities.
