As member of the EnterWorks PreSales team you will support the sales process with your technical knowledge and solution selling skills to provide advice, support and functional insight for sales prospects into the EnterWorks Enable® Multi-Domain MDM/PIM solution (Enable). You will build and deliver Enable demos and solution presentations to a range of functional and technical audiences as well as support responses to RFIs and RFPs.

Primary Objectives:

  • Evangelize Enable to win new business in both greenfield as well as RFI/RFP oriented processes
  • Apply your high level of expertise to a solution-centric selling process for the Enable platform
  • Build exceptional credibility among the team members in sales, R&D, and marketing teams

Key Activities:

  • Identify key needs of prospects and match to the capabilities of the Enable solution
  • Develop, configure and deliver superior Demos and functional presentations
  • Articulate the EnterWorks value proposition and domain experience in an industry and competitive context, including in support of RFI and RFP processes
  • Participate in key events / conferences, innovation initiatives, and feedback to R&D

Skills and Competencies Required:

  • Experience configuring and delivering complex enterprise software demos and functional presentations – preferably in the MDM / PIM space
  • Consultative / solution selling expertise, including strong presentation and communication skills
  • Self-starter able to deliver under pressure and support multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Knowledge of Excel, XML, SQL, and Java a plus
  • Able to travel extensively within North America

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven experience in MDM/PIM Sales / Pre-Sales – eCommerce background a plus
  • Multi-domain experience across Customer, Product, Supplier, Material, Asset and Location
  • Industry B2B, B2C or B2B2C experience, such as in Food, CPG, Industrial Supplies, Furniture / Home Furnishings, Retail, Manufacturing, and Distribution; pharma and high tech a plus
  • Track record in configuring and presenting complex software solutions to diverse audiences
  • Experience in Business Process / Workflow technologies, Data Quality and Data Integration
  • Exposure to CPQ / Configuration, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Augmented/Virtual Reality, CPQ, and InDesign / Desktop Publishing a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration
  • Five years of industry experience, including two or more years in sales engineering or related consulting experience
