Themes Heavy on Data-Driven, OmniChannel World

A look at this year’s agenda shows a dominant theme: retail’s unprecedented transformation driven by data. Furthermore, how that transformation translates to exciting new experiences (and challenges) for retailers and consumers alike.

For example, one keynote session will focus on how data powers much of the current disruption in retail, facilitating insights to deliver personalized experiences and fuel potent business results. Another keynote will discuss research findings that show retailers who are winning are those who differentiate on customer experience. They are investing in intimate customer knowledge and then rendering dynamic and highly personalized interactions.

Tying into this major theme, EnterWorks CEO Rick Chavie will lead an Exhibitor Insights session on Sunday, January 15 at 10:30 am. Join Rick, along with Mark Evans from Acumen and Action, for “Competing with Content: Acquire Customers, Improve Loyalty, and Grow Sales.” The session aims to help brands and retailers collaborate along the content value chain to raise mind share and differentiate products and experiences, as well as turn visits into customers.

EnterWorks is Back! Visit Booth #2347 at NRF 2017

Since last year’s NRF show, EnterWorks has pushed to front of the pack in product information management (PIM) and master data management (MDM) solutions. In fact, just this month we revealed that EnterWorks advanced as a Strong Performer to the threshold of Leader status in the Forrester Q4 2016 Product Information Management Wave. At NRF 2017, EnterWorks will showcase its multi-domain (product plus customer, brand, location, and digital asset domains) approach. This core competitive strategy enables a single view of content for delivering differentiated, digitized experiences in context of the customer. EnterWorks’ leading Business-to-Business-to-Customer (B2B2C) collaboration platform extends the PIM through its vendor portal and workflow engine for advanced omnichannel commerce.

EnterWorks is a proven market leader for PIM and MDM. Are you’re considering or curious about a PIM/MDM initiative for your company? We invite you to meet us in our booth, #2347. Set up a time now. We look forward to seeing you there!
