Sunny, clear skies in Scottsdale, Arizona served as the setting for our first annual EnterWorks Engage User Conference. Our team connected with PIM software customers and industry advisors for two days packed with valuable networking, learning and growth, and memories made.

Day one was spent enjoying the sights around our venue, the legendary Hotel Valley Ho. The adventurous among us set out on an exciting Jeep tour of the Sonoran desert while the rest hit the links at TPC Scottsdale. That evening, the Fender PIM software team graciously hosted a reception and dinner at their corporate office. The PIM team joined the Fender House Band to play live music during the event, and concluded the evening with an insider’s tour of the historic Fender facility.

IMG_4426Wednesday was a full day of informative sessions, networking, and collaboration. First, we enjoyed keynotes by Rick Chavie, CEO of EnterWorks, and Joe Skorupa, Editor-In-Chief of RIS Magazine. Rick shared how EnterWorks is enhancing its PIM software platform, while strengthening the organization, to ensure the company and solution will grow and prosper for the long-term. Joe shared his newly-minted research on retail technology trends and his entertaining and informative Top 10 Lists.

EnterWorks leadership presented on company insights and development, while our software experts covered tips and tricks for leveraging our next PIM software platform, Enable Version 8.

These first-hand accounts provided insight into how companies are using PIM software to fuel customer satisfaction, boost loyalty, and increase sales. We learned how our customers are leveraging EnterWorks Enable to:

  • Ensure a unique brand and customer experience across channels, geographies, and segments
  • Create a consistent, omni-channel experience
  • Transform multiple data silos into a single view of content that delivers differentiated experiences across all touch points
  • Create a transformational effect on their business and value chain by leveraging product content as a key component of their overall offering

We want to thank our customers again for participating in an impactful and memorable Enable Users event. For EnterWorks customers who couldn’t make it this year, we hope to see you in 2017 for another great conference!
