For eBusiness Professionals, the Struggle is Real

Today’s digitally-savvy, demanding consumers present brands and retailers with a significant challenge. The task at hand includes delivering consistent as well as hyper-personalized experiences through digital touchpoints along each unique customer journey.

Indeed, for eBusiness professionals in this new omnichannel world, the struggle is real. They must align individual consumer preferences in real time with the content and products that fulfill the shopper’s needs.

So what’s the answer? Retailers and brands must utilize both real-time customer data and rich product content attributes to create individualized customer experiences by dovetailing these elements together.

Brendan Witcher of Forrester & Rick Chavie Present “Individualization as the Key to Differentiated Customer Journeys”

Witcher, who serves eBusiness & Channel Strategy Professionals for Forrester, joins EnterWorks CEO Rick Chavie to present our live webinar event, Individualization as the Key to Differentiated Customer Journeys.

First, we’ll discuss the state of customer engagement today, as well as how segmentation has become a broken model for personalizing customer experiences.

We’ll also dive into how linking customer data to product and content attributes is the key to delivering personalization 2.0. That is, Individualization.

Next, we’ll reveal which companies are using customer data to drive great experiences and conversion. Particularly as consumers move through their journey across mobile, web, and store.

And finally, we’ll discuss how retailers can enrich product content across the value chain for a single view of content.
